Monitors
HTTP/API, TCP, DNS, heartbeat, TLS and domain checks. Intervals from 30 seconds (plan dependent), configurable timeouts, failure and recovery thresholds, degraded-latency thresholds, tags, pause/resume, bulk actions, search and filters.
Scheduling and probes
Durable scheduling with stable run identities, atomic claims, leases, retries and explicit missed-window records. Work is spread across the interval to avoid bursts and never replayed as a backlog after an outage.
Incidents
Automatic open and resolve on thresholds, bounded confirmation from a second region when deployed, confidence labels, flap protection, acknowledgements, assignment, notes, human status lifecycle and immutable original evidence.
Notifications
Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram and HMAC-signed webhooks through a durable outbox with retries, deduplication, quiet hours, per-channel rate limits, escalation delays, test messages and delivery history.
Maintenance windows
One-off, daily or weekly windows in any time zone. Checks keep running; incidents and notifications are suppressed; adjusted and unadjusted availability are both reported.
Measurement
Time-weighted availability with coverage, latency percentiles from raw samples or merged histograms, hourly and daily rollups, per-plan raw and aggregate retention clearly explained.
Status pages
Components mapped to monitors or managed manually, groups, daily history bars, announcements with a safe text subset, planned maintenance, password protection, opt-in indexing, email subscribers and verified custom domains.
Reports
Operational and branded client reports generated from rollups, delivered weekly or monthly, with approved share links that expire.
Teams and clients
Owner, administrator, editor, viewer, billing manager and scoped client viewer roles, invitations with expiring tokens, last-owner protection and a full audit log.
Import and export
CSV import with validation, deduplication and quota preview; CSV export of monitor configuration without secrets.
API
Versioned REST API with scoped revocable keys, pagination, consistent errors, idempotent creates, rate limits and an OpenAPI document generated from the same validation schemas.
Account security
Verified email, TOTP two-factor with recovery codes on every plan, session list and revocation, password reset that signs out other sessions, data export and scheduled deletion.
