Roles
For measurement and configuration data about the endpoints you monitor, you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your documented instructions as expressed through the service.
Processing
Subject matter: monitoring configured endpoints, storing results, delivering notifications and reports. Duration: the term of the agreement plus retention periods. Nature: automated collection and storage. Categories: as determined by the endpoints and recipients you configure.
Security measures
Encryption of credentials at rest with versioned keys, TLS in transit, tenant-scoped data access, audit logging, least-privilege infrastructure, network separation between probes and the control plane, backups with restore testing.
Subprocessors
Cloudflare (DNS, CDN and security, global network); Brevo (transactional email delivery, European Union); PayPal (payment processing, according to its applicable privacy notice); MJHST (hosting infrastructure, United States)
Assistance and deletion
We assist with data subject requests through export and deletion features and delete or return data at termination subject to legal retention obligations.
