Data we process

Account data: name, email, hashed password, two-factor secrets (encrypted), session metadata including IP address and user agent.

Configuration data: monitor targets, assertions and encrypted credentials you provide; notification destinations; status page content.

Measurement data: check results about the endpoints you configure, which may incidentally include personal data present in URLs you chose to monitor.

Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store customer and subscription identifiers, invoice amounts, tax amounts and status.

Product analytics: minimal first-party events (for example signup, first observation, tool used) with identifiers only, no credentials and no free text. Anonymous tool usage is counted per day without identifiers.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (contract), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), billing and tax compliance (legal obligation), product improvement through first-party analytics (legitimate interest, with configurable consent where required), and marketing emails only with your separate consent.

Retention

Raw check results and aggregates follow your plan's retention. Audit logs, security logs and billing records are kept as required for security and legal obligations. Account deletion completes 14 days after the request.

Recipients and subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors: Cloudflare (DNS, CDN and security, global network); Brevo (transactional email delivery, European Union); PayPal (payment processing, according to its applicable privacy notice); MJHST (hosting infrastructure, United States).

Your rights

You can access, export, correct and delete your data from the account page or by contacting us. Where applicable you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection, and local storage for interface preferences such as the dashboard theme and the last opened workspace. Analytics does not use third-party cookies.
