Necessary storage

Authentication and security cookies support login and protect account actions. Interface preferences use local storage, including ug-theme and ug-pending-target. The um360-consent-v1 local-storage entry records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, the policy version and the time of your choice. It contains no visitor ID and is retained for up to one year. Necessary storage does not require analytics consent.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is blocked until you select Accept or explicitly enable Analytics and save your preferences. Reject leaves it blocked. No Google Analytics script, request or analytics cookie is created before that choice. Refusing does not prevent normal use of the website.

After consent, the _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies help count visits and sessions, with a configured maximum lifetime of six months and no automatic lifetime extension. Public page views exclude query strings, fragments, form contents, diagnostic targets and account data. Dashboard, authentication, billing, API and customer status pages do not load the analytics component.

Google Signals and advertising features are disabled. Individual event data is retained in Analytics for two months. Google processes browser and network information when the browser contacts its service; see https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google's practices.

Change or withdraw consent

Open Cookie preferences in the footer of a public page. You can accept, reject, or switch the optional Analytics checkbox off and save. Accept and Reject are equally available. Scrolling, continued browsing and closing a browser are not treated as consent.

On withdrawal, we disable Analytics, remove its accessible cookies and reload the page without its script. Changes also apply to other open tabs on this origin. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice and will make the banner appear again. If storage is blocked, a choice applies only to the current page.

Your browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other account functions. Blocking optional analytics does not prevent use of the service.
