HTTP response header inspector
Debug caching, compression, content-type and CDN behaviour without opening developer tools.
How it measures
- One GET request with Accept-Encoding advertised, headers captured from the final response after redirects.
- Set-Cookie and authentication headers are redacted from the display.
Limits
- The response body is not downloaded for this tool.
- Headers can vary by client, region and CDN edge.
Troubleshooting
- No Cache-Control header
- Browsers and CDNs apply heuristics. Set explicit caching directives for static assets and no-store for private pages.
